It’s been months since I last posted that I figured a new start of sorts made the most sense, both emotionally and mentally. It allows me to start with a semi-clean slate while still using a background I find comfortable. This mainly means that I’m not moving to a new domain or making any major changes to how things look around here. However, I will be making more of an effort to complete pages and post more often. 1 I’m making no guarantee that any of this will actually happen, beyond my desire to keep Squeakative.org as my domain.
On a more personal note, I’ve been attempting to do a Legacy Challenge in The Sims 4. I’ll admit to a bit of cheating since I’m using my favorite townie, Cassandra Goth as the founder which means that my Legacy already has four generations. Y’all can view my family tree so far by going here, or y’all can follow the legacy itself by following me on SqueakativeSims.
Away from The Sims, I’m going to set aside regular time daily to work on my writings. The reasoning is that so many of them are unfinished, and I’d forgotten how much joy I get from a finished written work. I will be posting my progress on subdomain…By Jessie.
Another passion I plan to devote some time is photography. I plan to either take a selfie or some other picture every single day and post them on my Instagram. I am also hoping to get some batteries for my digital cameras so I can figure out my angles and other things for selfies. Also, I can use one camera just for pictures of Kiki so I can start her an Instagram account.
I believe that covers all of my more interesting projects, while the rest are of a more personal nature. I will write a bit more about them as progress is made, but for now everything is stalled. I’m going to end this post with the hope that I’ll find the motivation to do a few of the tasks I need to complete, and that my sleep schedule co-operates.
